Mini yoga mats for your hands and feet! These small "mits" fit right over your hands and the balls of your feet and make it possible to practice on just about any surface! Yoga Paws are made from a unique non-slip material (nylon/polyvinyl blend) that is similar to the material of a yoga mat, but with perforated holes to allow your skin to breathe. Adjustable Velcro closure ensures a proper fit. Includes a complimentary carrying bag. Excellent for travel and a great idea for home practice on carpet!
